2009 PCAV Yeringberg Horse Trials

On March 28-29, 2009 I rode Nerreman Tatiana at the 2009 PCAV Yeringberg Horse Trials in March. Unfortunately today we did not do our best dressage test but we did have clear SJ and Cross Country rounds. We found the cross country very good with its combinations and angled lines. We found the height easy and we went through the courses angles easily. Overall we came 5th.

2009 EFA Wandin Horse Trials

On March 21-22, 2009 I rode my horse Nerreman Tatiana in the Pre-Novice section at the EFA Wandin Horse Trials. Our dressage test was average, definitely something I need to work more on. Our show jumping and cross country rounds were very excellent – clear rounds in both. Overall that day we placed 5th out of ..... combinations.

2009 PCAV Tooradin Horse Trials

On March 15, 2009 I entered my horse Nerreman Tatiana in the Grade 1 section. There were a total of 29 combinations competing, and they were split into two sections. I was very happy after seeing my dressage scores, as I thought I hadn't done well but was in 4th position. Our next phase was cross country, which we cleared easily and came in on good time. After XC we were in 1st place. I had a rail in SJ, so I thought I would have lost my lead, but surprisingly, I was still coming 1st! So I was very proud of my horse that day.

2009 PCAV State Show Jumping Championships

In 2008, I had qualified two horses for the 2009 State Show Jumping Championships. I qualified in B and C grade. But gave up my place for the NMZ State Team in the C grade section.

On Feburary 22, 2009 I rode Nerreman Tatiana in the NMZ B grade team with three others. Our team was not having the best day, but we still placed overall, coming 6th.

2009 PCAV Macclesfield Show Jumping

On January 25, 2009 I rode Nerreman Tatiana in the B Grade Show Jumping. We had a great day winning all three rounds and coming 1st overall.

2009 PCAV Cockatoo Jump Trials

On January 18, 2009 I entered my horse Nerreman Tatiana into the Cockatoo Jump Trials. Our first event was SJ, we had a nice clear round. Over cross country, we had a good clear round and came in good time. I was quite nervous for cross country, because there was a skinny house after a drop then log. We had not been able to get over this jump previously. I was very proud that day, because my horse and I got over the skinny house easily on the first try. Our combination being the only one to do so. Overall we came 1st out of .... combinations.

2008 PCAV State Show Jumping Qualifiers for the State Show Jumping 2009

On December 7, 2008 I entered two of my horses into the State SJ qualifiers for the State SJ Championships to be held in 2009. This event was in December, two months before the State Championships. I entered Nerreman Tatiana into the B grade section. We had a very good day, coming 1st in two of the SJ rounds and 2nd in the third round. Overall came 1st out of 4 riders.

In C grade I entered Nerreman Jack Rabbit (pony club name being Black Jack). We were having quite a good day until the last round were I let him flatten to much over a jump, knocking the rail down. If I had of collected him and gotten over the jump clear, we would of placed 1st overall out of ...... combinations, but we came 4th instead, but still qualifying. Because you can only take one combination to the State Championships, I gave up our place to the next placed rider in the C Grade Section.
